Duties and Responsibilities:
 In charge of all facets of Human Resources such as recruitment, compensation and
benefits, training & development and employee relation.
 Conducts initial interview and exam of all job applicants.
 Responsible for providing administration services for the recruitment and
employment of janitors, manpower and staff.
 Coordinates with all existing clients regarding their concern, inquiries encountered
with regards to problems and employees performances.
 Verify background investigation for job applicant.
 Prepares all Service Agreement between the Contractor and Client.
Over all in-charge of the following:
- Issuance of ID & Uniforms
- Processing of Clearance
- Processing and Issuance of Certificate of Employment
- Processing of ATMs
- Prepares endorsement letter , requirements and contract of employee
- Monitoring and updating active employees, transfer of work assignment, and
updating newly opened branches/client before payroll date. (list of employees
and clients).
- Prepares HR monthly report and employees statistical report.
 Monitors, prepares and coordinates company HMO and Accident Insurance.
 Prepares lay-out, emails and coordinates with different departments all employees
relations events and activities.
 Responsible in preparing memo in relation of implementing company Code of
Discipline and compliance in Labor regulations.
 Attending job fairs, coordinating with PESO of different localities and placing job
advertisement in newspaper.
 Attends scheduled meetings with superiors or clients regarding business concerns.
 Prepares essentials documents for company proposals / bidding.
 Prepares quotation / contract price cost breakdown of Manpower including
computation of payable directly to employee and government dues (Standard
computation as per DOLE).
 Responsible for the preparation of all documents needed in the clients / banks (for
opening new account of the company) , etc.
 Prepares Check for payment/withdrawals etc.
 Prepares and released the Cash Payroll of personnel/employees.
 Assist in preparing and process payment of company utility bills.
 Reviews employee time sheets and overtime records.
 Responsible in monitoring the daily time attendance of all employees and preparing
memorandum report of employees exceeding the alotted number of tardiness and
leave without prior notice.
 Prepares and submits report such as DOLE Semi-Annual Report, Resigned and
AWOL employees to DOLE field office and other requirements for DOLE inspection
and renewal.
 Responsible in adjustment of New Wage Order for NCR and different region.
 Maintains official records of the Company policies, disseminates copies of
memorandum
 Update and monitor the employment status.
 Act as a medium of communication between employees and superior.
 Maintain and organized employees 201 File and maintains employees confidence
and protects operations by keeping Human Resource informations confidential.
 Establish manpower staffing and janitorial services information, skills and needs to
meet the organizations objectives.
