James 'Jim' Shaw is a principal at Primestone Properties in Atlanta and supports local nonprofits including the Atlanta Ballet. The Atlanta Ballet announced that Gennadi Nedvigin will replace retiring artistic director John McFall on June 1, 2016. - 2. Introduction ? Atlanta-based investment professional James “Jim” Shaw serves as principal of Primestone Properties, LLC. Beyond his work at the real estate investment firm, Jim Shaw dedicates his time and resources to a number of local nonprofits, including Atlanta Ballet. In a recent press release, Atlanta Ballet announced that Gennadi Nedvigin will serve as the organization’s fourth artistic director. The Russian-born Nedvigin attended the Bolshoi Ballet School in Moscow and danced with the Moscow Renaissance Ballet before moving on to the San Francisco Ballet, where he has served as principal dancer since 2000.

Over the course of his career, Nedvigin has received several special honors for his work, including the Erik Bruhn Prize, a Special Jury Prize at the International Ballet Competition, and an Isadora Duncan Dance Award.
