Tips I am currently the Site Manager for Henkel at the Greenville, South
Carolina site. The Greenville site is approximately 107,000 sq. ft. facility
that makes adhesives for construction, bottle labeling, automotive and
tissue / towel products.
I manage the site to ensure all safety, quality, environmental requirements
and plant spending are met and or exceeded.
Currently responsible for setting the site annual processing cost budget
and capital budget both short term (1-3 years) and long term (3-5 years).
Improved the site safety performance by 70% since 2013.
Reduced processing cost by more than 40% since 2013 through the
implementation of continuous improvement throughout the site via Six
Sigma projects, Lean Enterprise, A3’s and strong cross-functional teams.
Reduced scrap by 45% since 2013.
