Our People
ISA Group has a team of professional staff who are amongst Australias most experienced
migration agents, solicitors, recruitment practitioners and human resources consultants. Our
migration agents are registered with the Migration Agents Regulation Authority and are
members of the Migration Institute of Australia.
The key to our success is having staff who are sensitive to the needs of different cultures where
majority of them have personally been through the immigration process, and are committed
to make the immigration process as smooth as possible.
ISA Group staff possesses multi-lingual capabilities and are able to speak and interpret Bahasa
(Malay); Hindi, Gujrati and Marathi (India), French, Filipino (Tagalog & Cebuano), Chinese
(Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, and Hokkien), Korean and Afrikaans.

Executive Profiles
Noelene Merrey Chief Executive Officer
ISA Group Chief Executive Officer, Noelene Merrey, completed an
Immigration Law course in 1999 and registered as a migration agent in
2000.
An Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, she is a
highly skilled and knowledgeable immigration specialist with a wealth
of experience, able to deliver a superior level of service and advice to
ISA Group clients. Noelene has actively and successfully lobbied and
influenced Government immigration policy as a spokesperson for her
small and medium business clients. She has also been successful in
representing clients at the Migration Review Tribunal.
With an increasing demand from clientele in China, Noelene has been
actively conducting seminars and consultancy services in Shanghai,
Beijing and Chengdu.
Brett Merrey Director of Recruitment
ISA Group Director of Recruitment, Brett Merrey, has over 25 years of
experience in small businesses, with a strong background in trade
related sales, marketing and business development.
Brett has been instrumental in establishing and driving the
international recruitment arm of the ISA Group which included the
setting up of an office and training facilities in Philippines, a crucial
element in ISA Groups ability to provide overseas recruitment
solutions to clients.
With an international network of recruitment agents, Brett expanded
ISA Groups geographical pool for sourcing quality applicants for
various industries in Australia.
Bretts ability to build strong relationships and work closely with a
broad range of clients paved the way forward for him to develop
labour resourcing strategies to meet an organisations specific needs.

CBD. Majority of our employees, migration agents, recruitment practitioners, human resources
consultants and administrative staff are based here.
Manila, Philippines
ISA Group uses the facilities of at IIM skills testing and training centre in Manila to assist in the
recruitment process, including inductions and language testing to meet visa requirements.
The IIM centre is used to conduct interviews with workshops to skills test candidates in heavy
and light engineering trades, such as scaffolding, formwork carpentry and mechanical fitting. A
commercial kitchen is also available to test and train applicants for jobs in the hospitality
industry.
London, United Kingdom
The UK office is situated on the outskirts of London with close proximity to Heathrow airport.
It is perfectly located to greet anyone from anywhere in the country and overseas.

Australia is Mila (Mila is a Noongar word - means in the future). Mila was developed in early
2014, to provide opportunities to Aboriginal students to explore their passions, beliefs in the

transition into a career or tertiary education, whilst embracing their Aboriginal heritage.
With positive and profound reactions and appreciation of the support extended, Australian
Taxation Office granted Deductible Gift Receipt (DGR) status to the program, where corporates
and individuals can support and embrace the opportunity to make a difference to the
Aboriginal children and community.
Our key international program, Kuya was conceived in 2012, designed to provide opportunities
