resources solutions based in Australia.
Established in 2001, ISA Group’s head office is located in Perth Western Australia with
international offices in United Kingdom, Philippines and China.

Our People
ISA Group has a team of professional staff who are amongst Australia’s most experienced
migration agents, solicitors, recruitment practitioners and human resources consultants. Our
migration agents are registered with the Migration Agents Regulation Authority and are
members of the Migration Institute of Australia.
The key to our success is having staff who are sensitive to the needs of different cultures where
majority of them have personally been through the immigration process, and are committed
to make the immigration process as smooth as possible.
ISA Group staff possesses multi-lingual capabilities and are able to speak and interpret Bahasa
(Malay); Hindi, Gujrati and Marathi (India), French, Filipino (Tagalog & Cebuano), Chinese
(Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka, and Hokkien), Korean and Afrikaans.

Executive Profiles
Noelene Merrey – Chief Executive Officer
ISA Group Chief Executive Officer, Noelene Merrey, completed an
Immigration Law course in 1999 and registered as a migration agent in
2000.
An Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, she is a
highly skilled and knowledgeable immigration specialist with a wealth
of experience, able to deliver a superior level of service and advice to
ISA Group clients. Noelene has actively and successfully lobbied and
influenced Government immigration policy as a spokesperson for her
small and medium business clients. She has also been successful in
representing clients at the Migration Review Tribunal.
With an increasing demand from clientele in China, Noelene has been
actively conducting seminars and consultancy services in Shanghai,
Beijing and Chengdu.
Brett Merrey – Director of Recruitment
ISA Group Director of Recruitment, Brett Merrey, has over 25 years of
experience in small businesses, with a strong background in trade
related sales, marketing and business development.
Brett has been instrumental in establishing and driving the
international recruitment arm of the ISA Group which included the
setting up of an office and training facilities in Philippines, a crucial
element in ISA Group’s ability to provide overseas recruitment
solutions to clients.
With an international network of recruitment agents, Brett expanded
ISA Group’s geographical pool for sourcing quality applicants for
various industries in Australia.
Brett’s ability to build strong relationships and work closely with a
broad range of clients paved the way forward for him to develop
labour resourcing strategies to meet an organisation’s specific needs.

Immigration
ISA Group has a strong and proven track record in providing visa and immigration solutions to

Recruitment
ISA Group is a licensed employment agent, specialising in overseas recruitment. With offices in
the United Kingdom, Philippines and alliances with recruitment partners around the world
including Democratic Republic of Korea and South Africa, ISA Group has access to a global
workforce.

 Skilled Working Holiday Maker Programme (417 Visa)

Project Management
ISA Group assists companies working on large projects to meet their labour requirements by
creating skilled labour pools of international candidates.
We bring our combined immigration, recruitment, HR expertise and strategic partners together
to create a proven cost effective solution for large scale recruitment campaigns.
We work with project operators to obtain necessary labour agreement approval by the
Commonwealth Government to cover the international recruitment needs of a project from
design stages, construction, operation and employment cessation.
The key to creating a skilled and proven labour pool is a thorough approach ISA Group uses in
all stages of the process. This includes:
 Advertise and search existing database through our global network or recruitment
agents.
 Screen and short-listing applicants.
 Conduct English language testing and skills to Australian standards.
 Facilitate and conduct training in accordance with Australian licensing standards for
specialised trade areas, safety and other inductions at overseas locations.
 Conduct pre-employment medicals.
 Arrange cultural, safety and workplace orientation and inductions offshore (for selected
candidates only).

Locations and Facilities
Perth, Western Australia
ISA Group headquarters is located in Osborne Park, West Perth, is a short drive north of Perth’s
CBD. Majority of our employees, migration agents, recruitment practitioners, human resources
consultants and administrative staff are based here.
Manila, Philippines
ISA Group uses the facilities of at IIM skills testing and training centre in Manila to assist in the
recruitment process, including inductions and language testing to meet visa requirements.
The IIM centre is used to conduct interviews with workshops to skills test candidates in heavy
and light engineering trades, such as scaffolding, formwork carpentry and mechanical fitting. A
commercial kitchen is also available to test and train applicants for jobs in the hospitality
industry.
London, United Kingdom
The UK office is situated on the outskirts of London with close proximity to Heathrow airport.
It is perfectly located to greet anyone from anywhere in the country and overseas.
ISA Group UK aims to seek out the best of British for Australia’s skills shortage in the tourism
and hospitality industry through sponsored employment and also individuals seeking to
immigrate permanently to Australia.
Chengdu, China
ISA Group China is located in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, where the ancient
Southern Silk Road began. Our immigration services assist investors and business owners to
pursue business opportunities in Australia. We work closely with strategic partners, tax
advisory consultants to lodge and manage the entire visa application process for corporations
and individuals from start to completion and most importantly, to ensure the stipulated

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is to add value to those communities
through education and training programmes that build individual capabilities.
Our key Australian program kicked off with Collie Senior High School, Southwest of Western
Australia is Mila (Mila is a Noongar word - means ‘in the future’). Mila was developed in early
2014, to provide opportunities to Aboriginal students to explore their passions, beliefs in the
context of making positive choices and most importantly, lay a strong foundation for them to
transition into a career or tertiary education, whilst embracing their Aboriginal heritage.
With positive and profound reactions and appreciation of the support extended, Australian
Taxation Office granted Deductible Gift Receipt (DGR) status to the program, where corporates
and individuals can support and embrace the opportunity to make a difference to the
Aboriginal children and community.
Our key international program, Kuya was conceived in 2012, designed to provide opportunities
for young men from disadvantaged families in the Philippines to learn practical trade skills
along with personal development in order for them to become more productive members of
Filipino society and gain a full time position in a skilled area.
