The U.S. Census Bureau is hiring 10 field representatives in Fairbanks, Alaska. Selected applicants will be tested on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Fairbanks Job Center. The position pays $16.39 per hour plus cost of living adjustment and mileage reimbursement of $0.55 per mile for official business travel. Applicants must attend a testing session, complete an application and written exam, and participate in a mock interview and structured job interview. Veterans preference is given to eligible applicants. Proof of identity and employment eligibility is required.
