CFA ambassadors wear buttons identifying themselves at cat shows around the world to welcome people and represent the CFA organization. There are over 300 ambassadors across the US, Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, Russia, Malaysia, and Singapore who help make shows more welcoming. The regional coordinator notes that wearing a smile and making people feel welcome makes a big difference. The presentation encourages signing up to be an ambassador to help grow the program.
