My Dream Job
 IT IS 2022
 I am a project manager and a video director
 I work on web series and feature films
 my company has 20 employees max
 the company has no hierarchy levels and strict structure
 I have different responsibilities depending on the project
 I am encourage to develop things I am interested in with company resources

My Dream Job
 my office is a big open hall, without any separators or offices
 walls are writable like whiteboards and full of brainstorms
 my table has wheels and can form groups with other tables
 people make work groups for specific projects
 I am encouraged to bring personal objects and design my workplace
 I can listen to music on my headphones

My Dream Job
 every morning there is a company wide hangout
 we drink coffee and discuss current work problems with totally different
people
 I frequently go out on location to scout
 I have cooked lunch with my co-workers
 after we relax and talk over some work details

My Dream Job
 we have a ping pong table
 we have couches and TVs with games
 there are no work hours, I work when I want
 I am encourage to design my own timetable
 I am paid by the project, not by month

My Dream Job
 I use a computer workstation for serious work
 I use a tablet for meetings and working in a team
 when working with people, I first listen and then write on my tablet
 personal contact is important
 I do not use paper

My Dream Job
 projects have regular meetings
 people report on individual tasks
 other question them and offer solutions for problems
 constructive criticism is highly valued
 people work in small teams of 5 people max
 teams report to the project leader

My Dream Job
 the dominant sector is industrial design with IT and engineering support
 people design whole products which are then manufacture somewhere else
 the best jobs are challenging, dynamic and offer a lot of opportunities
 they are located around universities and other knowledge centers
 companies attract people by enabling them to do what they do best and learn
more at the same time
 it's about flexibility and opportunities, not about money
 working on project you are passionate about
 work is helping me achieve my personal potential

 computer thinking and solving problems (not programming)
 web literacy, data mining and search engine usage
 workplace psychology, team work
 being self-initiative and responsible
 ability to learn from mistakes and teach others
