Our work is acquired through open tenders and negotiated work. We are in the process of
upgrading our CIDB Registrations based on recently completed and awarded projects.
Our target client market is the public sector, quasi Government and private sector. We
believe a measured approach will enhance our image and reputation in the short term. Our
targets contracts are medium to bigger size. With the current boom in infrastructure spending
by the public, energy and resources sectors, we believe that competition in on chosen
business is manageable.
We believe competition to be healthy and that the same competitors offer us opportunities for
subcontractors and joint ventures. We have established relationship with other companies in
both Electrical Construction and Civil works.
12. We are conscientious of the fact that, as an emerging enterprise, RICH REWARDS
TRADING 276 (PTY) LTD has a low-medium capital base. We have adopted a
conservative growth strategy in our strategy in our risk and reward management philosophy.
Our strategy is to build up capital and in turn take incremental risk.
Financial modelling will be used in each area of activity in budgets, cash flows, long term
plans, and managing actual performance.
On the whole financial prudence is of paramount importance to the success of our enterprise.

We will be guided by:
Professional Engineering standards and ethics;
National Bargaining Council for Electrical Industry of South Africa;
CIDB Grading;
Electrical Contracting Boarding;
Engineering and Construction (NEC) requirements;
BBBEE codes of good standing;
Technical Audits.
14. Under the prevailing Industry conditions, we have identified the competition as an
opportunity rather than a business risk. Strategies have been adapted to partner with
companies of similar size and more that will offer increased capabilities in joint ventures and
supply of plant where mutual value can be achieved.
RICH REWARDS TRADING 276 (PTY) LTD has adopted a zero tolerance to non-
adherence to safety. The companys approach to safety requires an absolute adherence to
standards at all times and an intolerance of unsafe acts or conditions. Training, enforcement
and audits will provide assurance that risks are kept to a minimum at the work place.
Our business will be conducted with due regard to maintaining or restoring where necessary
any negative impact our operations will have on the environment. Adherence to legislation
will be enforced.
