IS-Retail solution. FMS will offer game changing process using SAP’s high performance

Roles &
Responsibilities:
• When business used to raise change request ticket when they look for new
development for better functioning, reporting, bring transparency and reduce the
work load on users. Once the chance get approved by COE, business used to
come up with Analysis document. After reviewing and COE approval AD used to
come to us and by understanding the requirement I used to update the Functional
Specification with estimate time for development. This FS was again sent to COE
for approval. Once FS get approved, we used to start development based on
agreed time. I uses to coordinate with Technical resource from start to end of
development, create test cases and test output at each instant of development.
Once development complete, I used to prepare Test Plan and send the changes
to Quality client to get changes tested by user. Once UAT pass, the changes used
to get moved to production.
