Gain clear understanding of scope and deliverables and communicate to team. Initiate, define and monitor projects schedule for respective customer contracts (projects) to ensure timely execution of the plans and margins. PROJECT EXECUTION Closely co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Desigh, Procurement, Site Team, factories, Logistics, Finance) and external stakeholders ( 3rd party suppliers, contractors, consultants, customers etc ) for timely equipment and system delivery. Timely and accurate sales forecast and invoicing through strong project reviews. Ensure cash flow (as approved) is maintained or improved timely invoicing and collections. PROJECT PROGRESS & REPORT Conduct regular project revives to monitor progress and initiate action plans. Prepare, Participate/Lead Internal and Customer Projects Revievs. Prepare, Communicate and Execute recovery plan, where needed. Submit Timely Project Reports as per Customer / Contract requirement.
