Achievements: Promotion to my current role as second in charge of the Coagulation section of the Haematology Department at RNSH. Haematology Department (Dec 2011 current) Roles:. Provide leadership as the second in chargein Coagulation in RoyalNorth Shore Hospital. Teamplayer. Coordinate internal Quality Control samples for district hospitals to ensure all sites are linear. This involves tabulating datausing excel spreadsheets and establishing a mean and standard deviation for allhospitals involved in internalquality controltesting. Provide education for first year medical students and assist in training of fellow staff members. Workplace Health and Safety Officer of the Haematology Department (2015 current). - 3. Mathematics Tutor Self -employed 2009 2015 Roles: Approached by family friend to tutor her son. This led to networking and building abase of 4 students at a time away frommy full time job. Conduct one on one tutoring in mathematics to Higher SchoolCertificatestudents and mentored themthrough their studies and life experiences. Achievements: Five of the seven students that I tutored were failing when I took themon board. They went on to achieveband 4 or band 5 results in the HSC.
