Responsibilities
Corporate HR, Site HR with key focus on Performance Management System, Talent
Management, Succession Planning, Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, SAP
Implementation and Maintenance, Organization Development, Employee Relations and
Employee Engagement.
Recruitment Management
 Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment.
 Total cycle of Human Capital from joining to exit.
 Manpower planning, End to End Recruitment process, joining formalities & reliving
procedures.
 Tracking the efficiency of the recruitment process by constant interaction with team member
and initiating cost effective/ innovative methods of recruitment.
 Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment, joining trackers.
Performance Management System:
 Goal setting Communication, Goals Cascading.
 Midterm review and annual review with HR Facilitation at coordination level.
 Prepare PMS assessment report of all the employees.
 Prepare & distribute Annual Increments letters.
 Performance improvement plan.
HR Automation (Member of SAP Core Team):
 Successfully implemented SAP (HR module  PA, OM& Time, Payroll).
 Maintenance and updation of SAP database on a regular basis.
 End user & trainer of SAP HCM Module.
MIS & Compensation Management
 Maintenance of hierarchy along with the database of all project.
 Monthly & Yearly HR Dashboard Reports.
 Preparation of Quarterly & Annual attrition rate.
 Generation of different reports like Manpower Costs, Cost Benefit Analysis etc.
 Administrating salary & wage/payroll processing of the employees through SAP.
