Summary:
I used to work with lot of high technology machines in different
circumstances, detecting the requirements, detecting the available
possibilities, making procedures, avoid the obstacles, use the facilities
to get the aim in easy way.
I am responsible for the continuous running of equipment and
machinery. I use computerized systems to oversee routine
maintenance and organize repairs. I am also involved in control and
monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that
will help in maintenance to keep the production wheel running with
high efficiency.
I play a vital role in the efficiency, development and progress of
Agriculture Machines and processing industries. I work with other
professionals in order to improve production facilities, reduce the
incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve
overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production
processes.
I monitor also the machines working in the field with well-trained
operators with optimal operation to get the best productivity in high
quality.

 Very experienced in the workshops and doing maintenance of
technical equipment for agriculture especially Dry Forage & The
Silage production line and the heavy earth moving equipment.
 Proficiency in the work of planning and studying the needs of new
projects to the equipment according to the area and the production

Tasks And Responsibilities:
 Responsible for 150 different type Agriculture Equipment's
maintenance and general services in JENAAN Investment
Company- Egypt.
 Finding faults, Troubleshoots, Correct the Equipment stoppage
and making solutions for the mechanical breakdowns.
 Arranging the purchasing requests belong to the needed spare
parts with internationals companies, monitor/review spare parts
stock, in order to keep maintenance activities running without
stopping and to minimize the non-moving items inside the store.
 Responsible for the service truck and equipment. Maintains
adequate supplies, lubricating oils, grease, fuel and necessary
tools to perform all field related maintenance.
 Preparing the PDI, and following the warranty parts after doing
the registration for the new machines by communicating with the
manufacturers.
 Responsible for Equipment's suitable operating& the preventative
maintenance.

 Automated the Equipment operation planning which resulted in
shorter preparation time and less waste.
 Designing the procedures & monitoring the schedules for doing the
preventative maintenance to keep all the machines running with
high performance.
 Designed Information System, database and program logic for
Equipment maintenance and operating.
 Training the operators on the right methods for the optimal
operation.
 The Head Master of mission in Al- Salhia city- Egypt for
harvesting1200 acres maize silage crop in addition to the
responsibility for operating, doing maintenance for all the
equipment and the production [Maintenance & Production
Engineer].
 Assembling 50 KRONE equipment as starting the work in
AMTAAR with only 5 operators without any technicians &
electricians (24 Big Pack Balers, 4 Swadro Rakes, 8 KWT10.22
tdders, 5 front Easy cut 32CV float mowers, 5 rears Easy cut 9140
CV, 3 AM 283s side mower & one BIG M420 CRV mower).
 Supervising the complete operation process (Harvesting, Raking,
Baling, Extracting and Loading).
 Doing the repairing maintenance to the earth moving equipment &
responsible about complete service workshop with its machines.
 The maintenance manager of AMTAAR maintenance department
with following all of the maintenance activities and controlling
more than 400 equipment and all the maintenance employees for
45 days professionally during absence of the real manager.
 Site manager for one of AMTAAR sites (ZAIED EL-KHAIR site) in
Sudan, 10000 acres Sudan grass, two seasons, by starting up all
the equipment and the tractors for the first time in working with 13
nationalities.
 Travelling to South Africa for testing candidates for AMTAAR
Company in positions (Operation Managers, Maintenance
Mangers, Super visors, Operators, Mechanics) who were chosen
by SUIDWES (South African company).
