Achievement:
 Machines Breakdown time reduces from 8% to 5%.
Job Profile:
 Manage and supervise day to day breakdown of machines in a plant.
Machines like Cold forge, hot forge, Hydraulic / Pneumatic hot presses, and special
operation machines in DBK section with PLC, A.C. / D.C. Drive, Thyristor control, Gas
/ Electric fired Furnaces in Heat Treatment Department and CNC / NC Machines of
Tool Room.
 TPM as well as Development work of machines.

3. Worked with M/s.Special Steels Ltd. (TATA Steel – WRM) as a Trainee
Maintenance Engineer for 1 year (Sept.1992 to Sept.1993).
Job Profile:
 Preventive Maintenance of machines as well as Utilities Maintenance like Sub-
Station, Pump House, Oil Cellar, EOT Cranes.
 Manage and Supervise Day to Day breakdowns of machines while reporting in shifts.
 Also work for 2 Months in Cold Roll Mill Project (CRM – Cold Roll Mill).
During these Day’s I was involved in Supervising / Monitoring Commissioning of
Siemens D.C.Drives, PLC’s, MCC’s etc.
