 Responsible for electrical, mechanical and utilities sections.
 Responsible for commissioning and installation of new machines.

production plan to optimize equipment reliability.

list for critical spare parts.

3. Team leader of installation of 2 gantry cranes (40 & 20 tons).
4. Team leader of installation of new transformer and switchgear for
a new injection hall
5. Team leader of the project of transfer 6 machines from one
factory to another factory.
6. Upgrade the old machines with a password system which
prevents the operator from changing parameters of injection
unless they use password, using PLC&HMI.
7. Program new system for "AND ON" to show the downtime with
time and date using PLC&HMI.
8. Manufacturing many hot runner controllers instead of importing.
9. Upgrade stretch packing machine with new electrical panel using
PLC, HMI and inverter.

 Build and develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize
equipment reliability.
 Responsible for timely and efficient implementation of the plan
and undertakes any amendment to the plan, if necessary, with
the right communication to relevant parties.
 Ensure the availability of spare parts and manage their
consumption in adherence to the planned budget.
 Monitor equipment performance and develop corrective action
plans to reverse any deviation against engineering standards.
 Maintain equipment records specifying their history,
modification, preventive maintenance cycle, spare parts

 Modify the description of the spare parts in the stock to find it

 Follow the daily electrical measurements to determine the state
