forecast the training requirements accordingly in conjunction to having a regional detailed
and updated database for all the resources skills & availabilities versus needed trainings,
in coordination with the Sales teams to ensure full awareness about the new contracts
and the newly introduced customers.
 Converge and organize all the relevant technical, administrative and financial information
in order to come up with a training program that fulfills the customer requests and
intentions to satisfy all requests for trainings that are received from different customers.
 Deep understanding of Alcatel-Lucent University directions, objectives, targets, policies
and processes in order to perform all the job tasks achieving these criteria and in
conjunction with them.
 Propose and negotiate the training programs after optimizing the available resources
together with the customer requirements reaching convenient customer approval.
 Report to the top management all the plans, as well as the performed and foreseen
actions, introducing new innovation plans for development of both technical and
administrative properties and resources.
 Follow-up with the training program actors during all the training program phases and
assuring that the program fulfillment is being implemented as planned.
 Prepare CAPEX requirements, submit their details on the relevant tools, follow up their
approvals and proceed with their ordering.

Coach Training Delivery Managers, monitoring our responses to training requests. Prioritize on different clients to fulfill most convenience on training schedules. Respond on corrective actions requested on IP courses in the EMEA region. Contribute to set up the training project organization and to elaborate the Training Program Management Plan Ensure the consistency of Alcatel-Lucent commitments from the training proposals to the contracts (delivery list, planning and milestones, phasing, pricing and payment terms, penalties and legal terms). Analyze customer training needs, ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Manage IP Technical Instructors SME/Senior/Junior team on all aspects & requirements, and elaborate with them the action plans, corrective actions and development plans. Adequate study of the market in terms of customer priorities and adopted contracts, and forecast the training requirements accordingly in conjunction to having a regional detailed and updated database for all the resources skills & availabilities versus needed trainings, in coordination with the Sales teams to ensure full awareness about the new contracts and the newly introduced customers. Converge and organize all the relevant technical, administrative and financial information in order to come up with a training program that fulfills the customer requests and intentions to satisfy all requests for trainings that are received from different customers. Deep understanding of Alcatel-Lucent University directions, objectives, targets, policies and processes in order to perform all the job tasks achieving these criteria and in conjunction with them. Propose and negotiate the training programs after optimizing the available resources together with the customer requirements reaching convenient customer approval. Report to the top management all the plans, as well as the performed and foreseen actions, introducing new innovation plans for development of both technical and administrative properties and resources. Follow-up with the training program actors during all the training program phases and assuring that the program fulfillment is being implemented as planned. Prepare CAPEX requirements, submit their details on the relevant tools, follow up their approvals and proceed with their ordering.
