- 2. Operation Services/ General Services • Clean and sanitize all filling line equipment nightly. Disassemble and reassemble fillers, process piping, product pumps, cappers, bottle & can rinsers, etc. Prepare chemicals for CIP, COP and hand cleaning of parts. Perform minor repairs deemed necessary during teardown of equipment. Perform set-up of lines for next production run. Communicate any issues to crew leader/supervisor of line. • Clean Krones Labelers, boxers, conveyers, case packers, glue applicators, and palletizing equipment. • Clean offices, restrooms and laboratories daily. Assure that facility was in “tour ready” condition at all times. Assure that facility met GMP compliance and needs of customers (employees).
