There is a need to support social care workers in developing media literacy skills as society becomes more digital. The Mediatrain project developed a training method for social care workers in special youth care in Flanders. An evaluation found that the training increased participants' media literacy skills and attitudes by 20%, though it did not significantly change their awareness. It also strengthened the relationship between media literacy skills and comfort with internet use. The project helped introduce protocols and agreements around internet activities in Flemish special youth care organizations.Hoe kan die computer bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van leven?
