Physician Performance Interactive is a portal that allows
providers and associates to access all quality initiatives from a
central location.

These tools/reportsinclude Stars Quality Reports, Rewards
Reports, and Network Design Reports.
Physicians are a huge part of our efforts to improve our
HEDIS Stars Quality scores. This project is focused on creating
online tools, via the Physician Provider Portal and Humana Self-
Service, which will provide member, provider and group level
information in support of improved member health/outcomes
and Humana business goals.
In addition to pushing data to partners, the ability for
reconsideration (feedback) via the same portal needs to be
created so that consideration of physician and associated
collected data can be utilized for quality measures.

the Service Now tickets.
