Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 3. Rationale Technology is one of the main catalysts of the modernized teaching, 21st century learning when taken to the students point of view. Video clips can be a great tool to assist students in gaining deeper understanding of content. Stimulating the sight and sound, video is the perfect medium for students who are able to learn more effectively through visual and auditory senses. According to Celik (2011), knowledge of first aid is important for every individual at every age. 3

- 6. METHODOLOGY 6 RESEARCH DESIGN The study employed a Pre-Experimental Research Design specifically, one group pretest- posttest deign. SOURCES OF DATA It was conducted to 29 Grade 11 students of Binday National High School for the Academic Year 2019- 2020. INSTRUMENTATION AND DATA COLLECTION Pre-Test/Post-Test Interview Observations ANALYSIS OF DATA Weighted Mean and Paired Sample t-Test for the Pre- Test and Post-Test Results
- 7. 7 Findings, conclusions and recommendations findings CONCLUSION RECOMMENDATION The mean score of the participants in the posttest (M=40.76) is greater than the pretest mean score (M=14.08). Teacher Rescue: A Basic First Aid Preparation Video Kit enhanced the performance of the participants in PE 11. The use of teacher- made video kit in the teaching- learning process may be employed to improve learners understanding and performance.
- 8. 8 Findings, conclusions and recommendations findings CONCLUSION RECOMMENDATION There is a significant difference in the pretest and posttest scores of the participants with the p-value is 0.000* which is lower than 0.05 level of significance. The intervention had a significant effect on the academic performance of the learners in PE 11. Teachers should work reasonably hard to improve the performance of students by using varied techniques, methods and strategies as well as teaching materials. Also, teachers should consider employing computer generated lessons.
