Denise P. Gannon has over 20 years of experience as a Dietary Technician and Food Service Manager. She is currently working full time at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia helping to transition their food service program. Prior to this, she held various roles such as Dietary Technician, Food Service Manager, and opening supervisor at several nursing homes, retirement communities, and hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has a Associate's degree in Dietetic Technician Nutrition Care and certificates in Sanitation and Safety and from the Dietary Manager program.
