This week was special for the class. On Thursday they celebrated the Day of the Virgins by eating fried dough balls with sugar, as the song says. They watched as parents from the PTA made the dough balls and then enjoyed eating them. They were very tasty. On Friday the class went on an anticipated field trip by bus to Vilafranca, where they saw a play called "In the Clouds" at the theater. Afterwards they had fun playing at the park, where they found a circus and playground with other children who were not in their school. This week the class has brought stories from home each day to share before going home, and they love bringing and sharing the stories with their classmates.
