 A Recruiter is selling the company brand to the candidate

 Online networking is a great way to expand your contacts and
cultivate relationships
 A big piece of online networking occurs through the various
outlets of social media. Both companies and individuals can
effectively leverage social media to network and advertise
themselves to potential clients, customers, employees and
employers.
 Successful recruiters, professionals and business owners know
that the secret to success is an established network
Candidate Pipeline
INMAILS
 Emails and InMails are deceptively simple, and while they might be
easy to send, theyre both incredibly difficult forms of communication
to master.
 Some points to remember:

oBuild Content Around A Specific Call To Action.
