HDR Engineering is happy to host the IAP2 Cascade Chapter Executive Committee meetings. IAP2 meetings are held in our 17th floor Henningson Conference room unless announced otherwise beforehand. When arriving, come to the 18th floor reception desk to check in. You will be directed to the stairwell and location of the Henningson Room. How to find us Our offices are located in the Congress Center, 1001 SW 5th Ave., Portland, OR 97204. We are in the block bounded by 5th and 6th and Salmon and Main (black hexagonal glass building kitty corner from the Portland Building). Transit is convenient – we are located on the transit mall and two blocks south of Pioneer Square MAX stops. Parking? If you are driving to the meeting and are unable to expense your parking costs, HDR has offered to validate parking. Park in the Congress Center parking garage located across from the building on 6th Street between Salmon and Main. Bring your parking ticket with you and our receptionist can validate it for you when our meeting is over. She can only validate parking for that location. The Congress Center garage is more expensive than other nearby options, so if you are able to expense your parking you’ll get a better rate at the Smart Park garage at 4th and Yamhill. Dialing In If you can’t attend the meeting in person and would like to call in, just dial the toll-free number and when prompted, enter the conference code, followed by the # sign.
