Introduction to protagonist:
Mr. Ali is our protagonist. Ali is an currently partner of discovery school which is a franchise. Ali
has completed primary education from beconhouse school. After completing primary education
he done inter and bachelor in commerce from Punjab collage and currently he is doing masters
in business administration.
Ali and discovery school facing some problem such as turnover of female teachers, financial
problem, head office is not cooperating with us, competition is high, parents are demanding
discounts on fees, organization has not professional staff, organization is not giving proper
training but organization major problem is the turnover female teacher it cause the quality of
education and disturb the whole syllabus of classes. Female turnover is due to less salary,
marital issues, other better opportunity, strict policies and procedures, burden of work, and
etc.
Background and introduction of organization:
Discovery school is an franchise school situated at gulzar-e-quaid Rawalpindi. It was established
on June 31st 2013. It is an Montessori school classes stared from prep and end with 5th. School
started 1st program with summer camp which duration was 10 days and in summer camp
school gets 90+ admission it was very successful camp and the feedback from parent is also
good. The school session starts from September to June. In September school gets 50+
admission and in the end of session school has 90 students. Ceo is an person who is director
and person and as well as manager who runs the daily operations of school.
