This document provides instructions for three recipes: 1) A pasta dish with tofu, bell peppers, mushrooms, parsley and capers. The pasta is lightly fried then combined with the other ingredients and seasoned. 2) A stuffed pita bread with a spread of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and a tofu and onion filling with cucumber and lettuce. 3) A simple side dish of edamame cooked in water then tossed with sesame seeds and salt and pepper.
