- 2. Matthew, the second son and part of the third generation of farmers in my family. From a small farming town in Ulster, Pennsylvania just outside of the larger industrialized town of Athens, PA. Hard work and dedication were implemented from a young age of being a farm boy and the lessons of responsibility for more than just himself has played a major part in Matthew’s leadership. In fact, I once sold a Boer goat to 4-H chapter and they’ve came back the past 3 years along with buying an additional goat to keep themselves. As well as use word of mouth to bring in 4 other buyers who’ve also bought 1-2 goats per kidding season.
