TIAGO FORJAZ
Tiago Forjaz is a renown Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Leadership Development
Consultant, as well as the Chief Dream Officer of MighT – Talent Strategists. He is a TEDx
Speaker, a CCL - Center for Creative Leadership Associate and part of SingularityU Portugal’s
faculty.
As a keynote-speaker he is frequently invited to talk on topics related to Talent,
Transformation, Collaboration, Exponential Leadership, as well as Entrepreneurship and The
Future of Work.His last years have been dedicated to working on several transformation
projects, ranging from envisioning the future and facilitating new business model discovery
journey’s, to cultural definition challenges. He has worked with multinational companies, such
as Philip Morris (IQO’s), Inditex, Aon, GroupM (WPP) as well as large Portuguese corporates
such as EDP and Sonae.
Previously Tiago was the founding member of the Portuguese Talent Foundation and The
Star Tracker - the mashable-award-winning social network of global Portuguese talents that
connected over 35,000 talented Portuguese citizens in over 256 cities of the world.
From 2004 to 2010, Tiago foundeds and led Jason Associates, an innovative Talent Advisory
firm and previously worked as an executive-search consultant at Heidrick & Struggles and
Michael Page International.

JOÃO ARTUR PERAL
João Peral is a designer, creative strategist, illustrator, corporate trainer, team manager, and improv performer.
He is frequently invited to speak about themes related to collaboration, creativity and storytelling, bringing
together creative thinking and corporate experience, with tools from various domains such as improvisation
theatre and design thinking, in order to facilitate and unleash creativity and lateral thinking within teams and
organizations, allowing them to become more connected, using playfulness agility, creativity and spontaneity.
In the past, João has designed and transformed many projects and teams. He’s varied professional life has
provided him with a broad and strong background in innovation, design, media, client care and communication:
from traditional creative and advertising agencies to other communication projects, including a rich and diverse
experience in the publishing industry.
An avid learner, he combines formal and non-formal education and experience in design and marketing
management, but also in improv theatre, acting and clown. He sees himself as being curious about almost
everything, and in addition to his professional skills he carries the experience of having been an active scout for
nearly 30 years, a former Air Force specialist, is an advanced PADI Diver, black belt Judo fighter, Ju-Jitsu learner,
former skater, occasional surfer and dedicated father of four.

INÊS CAMPOS COSTA
Inês is a profoundly curious lifelong learner whohas aspecial talent to connect people and support businesses to think
and act differently, through a personable and proactive style. She has a medical degree and an MBA (as well as multiple
other degrees, certificates and trainings that you can find online), which she believes do not say as much from her as a
heartfelt conversation.
Not especially drawn to labels, on the entrepreneurship and innovation side she is a Member for the Board of Drectors of
the National Young Entrepreneur Association, Head of Knowledge Transfer and Entrepreneurship & Innovation of
Fraunhofer Portugal and Chief Vision Officer for imatch. On the human sciences side she is a Scientific Advisor for H-
Partners for Life, Partner and Chief Inspiration Officer at human and Career Advisor at Chaperone.
In a nutshell, Inêsdesigns solutions for individuals and businesses to effectively manage, transform and thrive in
ambiguous contexts, shifting mindset and behaviours. She is also akeynote speaker on entrepreneurship, female
leadership, mental health at work, the future of education and career management, and a mentor and coach for startups
and teams.
Her colorful and rich past-life strengthened her flexibility muscle and ability to transferknowledge across multiple
domains. Amongst other activities,she co-founded and CEOed Starcompower (later leaving and going on with her
learnings), flirted with the Pharma industry (which did not end up in marriage) and had a blast in the FMCG industry.
She is an everyday activist, finding her natural balance in meditation, reading, yoga, weightlifting and nature activities.
She values freedom, truth and honesty with oneself.

BRUNA NUNES FRANCO
Bruna is a life's’ student, who loves people and communication. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations &
Organizational Communication, and experience in event organizing as it is a subject she finds very rewarding.
Surely, Bruna feels connected to unique and trustworthy people aiming to improve 1% every day. She also possesses an
endless enthusiasm towards the HR department, which she regards as the most valuable asset inside a company. People,
in her view, are responsible for setting the gears in motion.
Having dedicated 15 years of his life to figure skating, she definitely enjoys working out besides spending quality time
with enjoyable people, cooking and always finds the time for some meditation, even in rougher days. She is a true
believer in the life-changing power of compounding the slightest changes into good habits.
