FactorsI’ve always had a habit of working out for a few days and then quitting my routine.It is easier to sit around and watch TV then get up and exercise.My work schedule changes all the time and sometimes have to stay late.

ResultsAt first I was more tired from all the exercise but would sleep more soundly at night, leaving me feeling more refreshed in the morningMy parents and friends helped me stay on task with my exercise routine and didn’t let me skip daysI met my goal and will continue throughout the semester working out after my classes during the week.I learned that changing your routine and breaking your bad habits are hard at first but it is worth the struggle to meet your goals.
