Samantha created an exercise plan to work out 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each session in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and positive body image. She had previously struggled with sticking to exercise routines due to a changing work schedule and finding it easier to watch TV instead of working out. To help stay committed, she set up a home gym for convenience and would watch TV while exercising, and also received support from parents and friends who kept her accountable to her plan. After an initial period of increased tiredness, she met her goal and learned the importance of changing routines and breaking bad habits to achieve goals.
