This document describes a lesson where theatre sports was used to teach biology concepts related to cells, tissues, and health habits. Students on two teams participated in three rounds of improvisational acting to represent concepts like cell differentiation and tissue cooperation. Students provided feedback that theatre sports helped their understanding to some extent and they enjoyed the creative expression, role playing, and cooperation. However, they preferred learning from videos, teacher explanations, and found room for improvement in the theatre sports activity. Overall, students stated they would participate again but noted it is not the most essential learning tool and competition aspects could be improved.
