 Responsible for daily production planning, documentation, Organizing resources, Quality and
successful implementation.
 Plant monitoring and supervision of Production line operation, Scheduling work station
assignments ensuring smooth and productive operation as per plant policies and procedures.
 Handling emergencies and urgent productions by managing manpower and resources.
 Arranging brainstorming sessions with my team scheduling and conducting regular shift
meetings for better results.
 In coordination of Production, Implementation of new procedures in Maintenance
Department with basic focus on reducing overall operating cost. Coordination in routine jobs
and shut down/over haul for maintenance and modifications.
