Love Worth Finding is a small organization of 30 employees that produces and distributes broadcasting materials based on the teachings of Dr. Adrian Rodgers. They communicate horizontally between departments to effectively manage tasks and conduct audits every 3-5 years to support employees and use communication tools to improve.

- 3. ? Love Worth Finding is a smaller organization made up of thirty employees. This organization publishes written and broadcasting materials based on the preaching of Dr. Adrian Rodgers, former pastor of Bellevue Baptist in Memphis, Tennessee. They produce and edit broadcasting material and send those materials to various television and radio stations for broadcasting. They also sell to individuals through their website and by phone orders.
- 4. -Audits performed every 3 to 5 years. -Using effective means of communication. -Support employees to make sure they feel as though they are able to share their opinions and give suggestions. -Visible leadership. -Using tools provided in various studies to analyze and improve communication.
