De fleste er efterh奪nden klar over, at det fremtidige intelligente og smarte forsynings- og distributionssystem af energi er en stor teknologisk udfordring, der rummer et kolossalt udviklingspotentiale. Men, mine stueplanter d淡r stadig - min bil snakker ikke med mit v脱rksted f淡r det er for sent) og hvor fedt er det lige, at min kaffemaskine afbryder TV-transmisionen af Champions League finalen, for at fort脱lle mig at varmelegemerne snart skal afkalkes? Revolutionen har faktisk ladet vente p奪 sig; det er lidt som olie og vand, den fysiske verden og den digitale flyder ikke s奪 let sammen.
Og s奪 alligevel; tingene begynder faktisk s奪 sm奪t at v奪gne. The Internet of Things (IoT) er diskret begyndt at lette vores arbejde, g淡re vores produktion mere effektiv og skabe produkter af st淡rre v脱rdi for vores kunder og dermed g淡re produkterne mere konkurrencedygtige. Industrirobotter, der snakker med hinanden hen over samleb奪ndet er 辿t eksempel p奪 optimerede processer, men sensorer og netv脱rk f奪r betydning overalt.
Kombinationen af elektroniske sensorer og adgang til internettet giver nu tingene en enest奪ende kapacitet, som i nogle situationer overg奪r vores egen form奪en. Vi skal forst奪 at udnytte mulighederne. Lige nu. For teknologierne er nu s奪 modne, at de har forladt laboratorierne og i dag er anvendelige for det brede erhvervsliv, hvor de kan blive en afg淡rende parameter for dansk konkurrenceevne.

HOMEe recently had the opportunity to speak in front of the major danish energy producers at a conference day. The theme for the day was smart-metering and our focus was on the inside the house part of the smart-meters. How can smart-meter data be used for increasing energy efficiency in homes through automation and control. Be aware that it is in Danish.
This document discusses challenges with hardware-near programming and proposes solutions like object-oriented design, test-driven development, and mocking hardware for testing in C. It provides examples of encapsulating hardware registers in C and writing tests that check register values and function outputs without the physical hardware.
