Presently work in a 300,000 sq. ft. data center which. Responsibilities include
preventive maintenance (PM) on the HVAC which consist of four AHU's and
CRAH units (computer room air handler). Perform PM on generators (monthly

with hydrometer and alber meter. Responsible for operations of central plant and
building and management systems (BMS). Responsible for vendor activities

Engineer in supervising two maintenance mechanics, one light man and one
groundskeeper. Monitored construction projects. Performed regular building
inspections. Obtained competitive bids for construction projects, oversaw
construction projects, conduct/participates in punch list walk-throughs and
followed-up with contractor on punch list items. Monitored the performance of
vendors providing on-site contract services. Performed repairs to the HVAC
systems including, system troubleshooting, motor replacements, bearing
replacements and control applications. Performed calibration, adjustment, and
operation verification of the pneumatic thermostats, actuators and control valves.
Performed service and operational requirements of the building systems which

As Zone Coordinator, coordinated manpower requests from the
properties in the designated zones, verified adequate building coverage, provided

Had been responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of various
steam, refrigeration, compressed air and auxiliary equipment (such as, controls,
pumps, fans, valves, cooling towers, turbines, and condensers). Also, worked
with forced and induced draft blowers, ash ejectors, soot blowers, feed water
regulator and de-aerators and numerous other equipment.
Worked on a rotating basis throughout all the areas within the power plant. The
power plant supplies utility services to over 40 research laboratories, offices and
other buildings on the NIH campus. The shift included operation and
maintenance of various equipment relating to boiler and chilled water. For
example, 1) operating four high pressure boilers with a total capacity of 600,000
pounds of steam per hour; 2) operating 14 centrifugal compression refrigeration
units with a total capacity of 27,730 tons which are used for air conditioning; 3)
operating 3 rotary screw air compressors; and 4) operating 2 turbo air 18
centrifugal air compressors.

Completed 5 years active service in the U.S. Navy as a Third Class Machinists
Mate (E4) following a wide range of experience in the maintenance and operation
