Smart Phone Applications
The App will have its own unique vanity URL, with a short and
punchy title that once selected will downloads onto the
smartphone. IPhone, Android, Blackberrys and Windows
phones are all supported. The key to adoption of the App by
attendees is to engage with them prior to the event. This
ensures that by the time attendees arrive at the event they are
familiar with it and have added the app to their phone for ease
of access during the event.
There are a number of templates that can be used and the
app is branded to your colours/logo etc. Information is uploaded and at their fingertips delegates have
access to the agenda/ programme, speaker profiles, sponsor/ exhibitor information and links.
One of the key features of the app is feedback and live polling which provides a fully interactive
experience for the delegates as well as gaining useful feedback in real time.
Questionnaires are created easily within the content
management system and are associated with a particular
session with results being posted live onto the main
presentation screen during the session. These results can
also be downloaded in Excel for future analysis.
This feature can also be used for ask the speaker sessions
which can complement particular Q&A sessions with
anonymous questions posed to the speaker/ facilitator (via an
ipad) and they can choose to answer the questions or these
can be used in any follow up communication post event.
