Plenty of research has been conducted on other attributes and there is enough material available on them, but none has contributed in this area except David McClelland and Dr. Udai Pareek to a certain extent. This interview is based on personal experiences and not on any empirically documented research. Students of behavioural psychology and even management may find this as an unexplored area for their research projects and may therefore start on a 'greenfield' research project.
