Career History October 2015 ¨C Present Technical Support Engineer / Midmark EMEA Employed as technical support engineer for the whole of Europe Middle East & Asia on medical dental and veterinary equipment, to liaise with dealers and end users with any technical issue for there equipment. . Responsibilities: ? Multi-level diagnostics via phone or email. ? On site and hands on repairs of a full range of equipment. ? In house support of sales team and repair engineers. ? Senior support of Federal correction action across Europe Middle East & Asia ? Responsible for the setting up of an in house training facility, and carrying out training of new engineers. ? Responsible for administration for other technical support engineers within the company. ? Installation of display equipment throughout Europe Middle East & Asia.
