Al Noor-Samsung Hope for Children Fun Fair


 In Cooperation with Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs,
 Samsung held one of the most fun fundraising events of the year, the Al Noor-
 Samsung Hope For Children Fun Fair 2011

  Objective: The aim of the event was to raise a substantial amount of funds to cover part of the running costs of the Centre
            and address the Centres budget deficit.

 - Date & Time: 25th Feb 2011, 10:00am to 10:00pm

 - Venue : Al Noor premises behind Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha.

 - The event was inaugurated by:
   Minister of Health-H.E. Dr. Hanif Hassan Ali Al Qassi,
   Mr. Young Soo Kim, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics
   Chairman of the Al Noor Centre, Mr. Khalid Al Halyan
   Board Members of Al Noor Training Centre

 - Total attendance:
    Around 5000 community members and supporters
    from families, children and volunteers

As the title sponsor for the event Samsung was entitled to exclusive
benefits and branding opportunities throughout the venue  including

- Exclusive naming rights to the event (Al Noor - Samsung Hope For Children Fun Fair)


- Listing of company name and logo in all communication related to the event
  (entry tickets, 100,000 event flyers, print ads, post event newsletter)

- Logo placement onT-shirts, Caps and Badges worn by Al Noor Staff and Volunteers

- 12 banners spread out throughout the venue, around the different activities

- 2 promotional stands (3ft.x6ft) at the venue

Stand visits
Around 3200 people visited the stand and actively engaged in the Samsung activities.
-The products were used to engage the Community members attending the fun fair
 through different activities that were carried on stand (photo opportunity and Gaming experiences)

- Samsung held raffle draws and provided 12 Samsung gifts to help in raising funds for the center
  . Gifts include:
    46 LED TV, Galaxy Tabs, Wave smartphone,
   N150 Netbooks, 2View Digital still Camera,
   R540 Notebook, BD player, Virus Doctor,
    Microwave Oven, Vacuum Cleaner
 . The activity proved to be a great success with
   20,000 raffle tickets sold at 10 dirham each.
  A total of 200,000 Dirhams were raised
   to the benefit of the center and to support the kids
