ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Data Migration of vendor and customer master from Legacy to SAP using LSMW.
 Work included studying the source data in external system and subsequently identifying
and mapping the corresponding Transaction, Programs, Screens and Fields in the SAP
system.
 Developed RFC’s for creating inspection lot, creating sales order from quotation
reference.
 Created an RFC to fetch vendor master data and also changes made to vendor master.
 Customized layout for printing quotation.
 Customized layout for printing invoice cum delivery challan.
SAP Project – 2 Support Project
Client- Cooper Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
 Developed module pool report to change sales scheduling agreement it includes changing
order and target quantity, splitting a line item and schedule line based on material
requirement and availability.
 Developed LSMW to change routing and rate routing.
 Customer Exit to restrict booking of MIRO if material is under quality check.
 Enhancement to add custom column work center to standard report QA32- inspection lot
selection.
 Developed report to release multiple Purchase order using standard BAPI.

SAP Project – 3 Support Project

 Developed custom report to post FI document (rate difference, commission, interest)
 Developed BDC programs for creation and changing master records like materials master
taking account of different views involved for various material types and vendor master
by both session and call transaction method for data transaction.
 Developed purchase register report which includes details like material, line item, PO
quantity and value, GRN details, invoice details and taxes.
 Developed module pool report using table control to save agent and vendor details to
Custom table.
 Developed Subcontracting Cockpit that includes material issue, challan creation, goods
receipt, challan reconciliation and goods rejection process.
Sap Project – 4 Support Project
Client – Connectwell Industries
 Developed RFC enabled function module to make usage decisions for inspection lot.
 Developed sales register report as per clients specifications
 Added custom field to FI report FBL5N and FBL3N using BTEs
 Developed BDC report for indirect activity allocation re-posting.
 Smart-forms to print proforma and excise invoice.
 Developed Customer wise invoice aging report.
 Developed RFC to get output of a ALV report and display it in JSON format.
Client – Connectwell Industries

 Setting up SAP-ALE (IDoc) Interface by Creating/Maintaining Distribution model, Logical
System, message types, generating partner profiles for the Material Master (MATMAS)
and Vendor Master (CREMAS).
 Developed an ALV report for fetch handling unit details from text file, creating those
handling units through BAPI and then post a 561 movement type.
 Interactive report to display handling units and transfer them from one location to
another, then send a file to WMS system and receive notification from WMS of the
transferred HU's.
Client – National Bulk Handling Corporation Pvt. Ltd
 Developed report for Sales Order Creation using BAPI in SD Module.
 Developed a report to display monthly sales of a sales manager and email this report as
an excel attachment.
