individual eats.
 The right amount and proportion of
different food groups must be
observed for adequate nutrition.
 Food rich in protein and
carbohydrates should be the bigger
portion of the meals to aid the bodys
need for rapid development.

Proper Hygiene
Taking regular baths and using
shampoo are some proper hygiene
practices that help prevent body odor.
As a growing individual, self-awareness
of these routines aids in maintaining a
healthy and clean body.

Regular Physical Activity
An individual must maintain a
daily physical activity that
actively involves his or her
body's physical and mental
coordination while doing
something fun. It promotes an
alert and healthy individual.
Enough Sleep and Rest

Our body needs at least eight
hours of sleep and rest daily,
developing mental alertness
and an active body.
 Avoid coffee and chocolates
before bedtime.
 Do not use a smartphone
before you sleep.

Good Posture
Alignment of the spine is significant in
maintaining a good posture in all
physical activities.
Bad posture can lead to some health issues
like the following:
 neck, shoulders, and back pain
 misalignment of the upper body
 osteoporosis

are some proper hygiene
practices to preserve a healthy
mouth and teeth. These should
be done periodically after a
meal and before going to sleep.
