Sears reported a narrower loss for the fourth quarter of 2014 as Chairman Eddie Lampert's asset sales have helped shrink the retailer. Lampert has been selling off pieces of Sears to generate cash for the business, including lands and stores, and plans to continue restructuring the company to return it to profitability.
