This proposal suggests creating stable mixed pallets for partial shipments to APAC regions to address customer complaints about loose cartons and partial pallets. It involves combining multiple pallet IDs with the same dimensions, carton quantities, and pallet quantities onto a single stable pallet. This is expected to save on wood pallets, plastic film, angle bars, and strings used for packaging. It will also reduce warehouse space needs and make the loading, quality checking, and forwarding processes more efficient.

to work till late night now this process reduced the
pallet quantity of loading.

11. Angle Bar cost saving Angle bar we use to tight each corner now on stable pallet angle bar will be use less then before.

12. String String we use to tight pallets now on stable pallet it will be use less then before.

13. OQA Stable Pallets process will be more convenient for OQA team to check 4 or 5 pallets at the same time.

14. Loading On Wednesday,Thursday,Friday loading team used to work till late night now this process reduced the pallet quantity of loading.

15. Warehouse Space There will be only 1 area for stable pallet so it will save the W/H space.

16. Convenient for forwarders  Reduce the carton shipments.  Reduce the damages possibility.  Save forwarder’s W/H space.  No more missing or mix up cartons / pallets on airport.

17. Convenient for customers  Cost saving process.  No complain from end customers of damages.
