- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, well discuss on importing of product images in odoo 18. Adding high-quality images to your products is essential for enhancing customer engagement and improving sales. Odoo 18 offers a streamlined approach to import product images efficiently.
- 3. Enterprise First, we can go to Products in sales module.
- 4. Enterprise From the list view, we can choose a product and click on Export from Actions to export the file.
- 5. Enterprise In the wizard opened, we can choose the Template option for exporting the file.
- 6. Enterprise We can preset the fields we require to get in our file and save the template by providing a name.
- 7. Enterprise After creating and choosing the template, we can click on Export button.
- 8. Enterprise Now we can open the file downloaded and make changes in the fields for importing new product.
- 9. Enterprise New product details have been changed in this file.
- 10. Enterprise After that from odoo, we can click on the icon and choose Import records option.
- 11. Enterprise Then by clicking on Update Data file button to import the product.
- 12. Enterprise After choosing the file, to upload the image, we can click on the Upload your files button. We can upload multiple or single image at a time.
- 13. Enterprise Then we can click on Test button to test the datas in the file are matching with odoo fields value.
- 14. Enterprise If test is successful it will show everything is valid and we can then import by clicking on Import button.
- 15. Enterprise A notification will be shown once the import is successful.
