Students were asked to complete tasks and answer questions to prepare for an online Erasmus+ project meeting about their experiences during the coronavirus pandemic. They were to use pictures and hashtags to show how they spent Easter and communicated with friends during lockdown, and describe their experiences with homeschooling. Students also expressed how they were feeling over the past month, and completed sentences about what they would not have done, what they are grateful for, what they will remember, and their biggest concern from this period.

Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.
