Remembering has 2 parts: - Forgetting/forgiving the past. - Then focusing on the Present. As the past goes, there is room for the Present to take its place.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
The Present really is a gift, a present, we give to ourselves. We can open this gift again and again with every passing moment.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
We can really only focus on one thought at a time. Thoughts come & go so quickly it seems like we are multi-tasking but this is simply not so.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
Meditation is a single point of focus. It is a practice of mental discipline. The more we practice, the better we focus.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
As we focus on Right-Minded thoughts of Love, Compassion, Health, Abundance, Happiness, These focused thoughts will attract their own witnesses.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
Above all else, be gentle to yourself, for you are already what you wish to be, having only forgotten this Truth for a moment. Truth waits.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
By giving compassion to others, we are re-minded that we must have had it in the first place in order to have given it. How quickly we seem to forget.  © 2010 by Charles Henry
Our Thoughts attract witnesses to their content. Cause and Effect at its basic level. The point is – What are we thinking about?  © 2010 by Charles Henry
