The company aims to create a great work environment where employees respect each other while embracing diversity and applying high standards to coffee purchasing, roasting, and delivery to develop satisfied customers. Starbucks also focuses on contributing positively to communities and the environment while recognizing profitability is essential for long term success.
StartcoFoods is a South African food producer subsidiary focused on grains, sugar, beverages, meat and wellness products. Their flagship product is a processed meat sausage sold under the Autumn brand. The company aims to produce quality nutritional products to benefit customers while creating shareholder value through ethical business practices and community development. They plan to partner with raw material producers, distributors and exporters to establish manufacturing and grow through brand activation.
Hooga Kitchen is a proposed Norwegian-themed restaurant in Carlsbad, CA that will offer a variety of classic dishes like fried pickle chips and grilled romaine. The owners, Guenevere and Christophe Cevasco, have decades of hospitality experience. The restaurant aims to differentiate itself by providing locally-sourced, high quality ingredients in a relaxed yet elegant environment. While competition is strong in the area, the business intends to leverage its location and promote its focus on local flavors to attract customers.

Young, dynamic and ambitious, Mr. Ali M.S. Al-Jaber together with Mr. Houssam Chouman were the founding
members of Al Jaber Brothers Hospitality. With a self-motivated and enthusiastic mind set, Mr. Al-Jaber has
spearheaded the development and expansion of JBH. With his hands-on business strategy enactments, Mr. Al-Jaber
chairs the strong and fervent team of JBH through the ladders of success in the hospitality industry.
Being a motivated and striving business man, he brings to the team at JBH a positive and high-powered attitude
along with strong local market expertise.
ALI MOHAMMED SULTAN AL-JABER
CHAIRMAN
Having over 12 years of netted experience in the food and beverages industry with some of the most popular
brands in the world, Mr. Houssam Chouman is the strategic chief and a founding member of Al Jaber Brothers
Hospitality. Mr. Chouman holds a Masters degree in Science that specializes in Hotel, Motel and Restaurant
Management from the Lebanese American University.
With an innovative and ever-learning attitude, Mr. Chouman has vast experience in restaurant and cafe
development, F&B operations management, personnel recruitment & training, brand management,
administration, vendor development. Mr. Chouman has also won many awards & certi鍖cates which include The
Qatar Choice Awards as the Favorite in the Hospitality Industry in 2014 and Best Brand Manager Awards
2010-2011 amongst many. He has also created and established some of the most popular F&B brands in the GCC
region such as The Cupcake Factory, Hotdog and More, Frutti, Oichi Sushi Bar - Bahrain and Rosetta Coffee
House.
HOUSSAM CHOUMAN

With over 11 years of experience in Financial Management, Mr. Zaky is a through expert in his 鍖eld. Armed
with a Degree in Commerce, Mr. Zaky has worked with some of the most leading and dominating companies
within the region.
Prior to joining the dynamic and innovative team at Al Jaber Brothers Hospitality, Mr. Zaky worked for a
leading F&B organization and is well tuned to the day-to-day 鍖nancial management of the business. His
value-addition to JBH is unequaled.

standard sandwich, whilst incorporating a more international taste to the range of 鍖llings and sauces used in creating our unique
signature bagel sandwiches.
The Bagel Bar Coffee House is a global brand developed in Ireland with stores operating in many countries around the world.
Since opening our doors in Dublin, Ireland in 2001, demand for our product has been so great that we have expanded our business
globally and currently operate 25 franchised stores in nine countries. We believe this re鍖ects the high quality and standards of our
products and our continued commitment to customer service.
The basic concept of The Bagel Bar Coffee House is to offer a more sophisticated coffee/sandwich alternative, where people can
enjoy excellent quality food in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our customer service and have built a
reputation as an eatery that offers a varied menu with excellent standards.
Our work in developing the business has been recognized by The Irish Franchise Association, winning Franchise Person of the
