Jeff Shelley has over 25 years of experience in training, technical writing, and customer service roles. He has worked for companies such as Civicplus, LPS Real Estate Group, Gateway Computers, and Western Kansas Broadcast Center. At his most recent role as a Consultative Trainer for Civicplus, he consulted with and trained city and county personnel across North America on website setup and maintenance. Previously as a Senior Trainer for LPS Real Estate Group, he developed training curricula and materials, including help guides and videos, and delivered webinar training to up to 300 users. He also has experience managing training programs and new hire training for call centers.
