The new multi-function playground opened on October 15, 2009 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The mayor said the state provided 5 million crowns from European funds for the project. The playground will be used by the local school, sports groups, and public to play football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, handball, and streetball on its asphalt and rubber surfaces. Leaders from the community and politics attended the opening ceremony.

Mr Shejbal /major of our town/ said, the state gave for it five milion crowns from European f u nds. The p layground vill be used by basic school, sports groups and public. In the playground vill be played football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, handball and streetball. It is made from asphalt mixture and rubber surface . We will use this playground for 12-15 years in future, when we will save it. At opening ceremony there were present leaders from sourounding and political leaders.
