Pharmacy Manager / RSO
Responsible for the overall operations of the St. Louis Nuclear Pharmacy including: Operations, current customer
relations, increasing market share, communicating market data to National Accounts, Sales and the VP of Operations.
Administration of the site Radiation Protection Program. Provide input and review for planning and forecasting a $4 M
annual budget and maintained operating expenses at 13% below forecast for 2014. Dose volume has increased by 20%
and EBITDA was 54% above forecast for 2014.
Key Achievements:
 Met or exceeded EBITDA forecasts during shifts in imaging practices through improved production efficiencies
 Maintained nearly 100% customer retention in an extremely competitive market
 Navigated multiple manufacturer shortages, including a significant MAA shortage. This involved considerable
communication between customers, employees and the manufacturer. No patients were turned away. St. Louis
was able to give stock to multiple Triad sites and benefit from significant cost savings resulting from stock that
was still available when the manufacturer price increase was instituted.
 Responsible for achieving a significant HVAC upgrade and new electrical boxes at the St. Louis facility. These
upgrades increased safety, allowed products to be stored within manufacturer specs, and increased workplace
morale.
 Significantly increased employee morale, through communication, conflict resolution, task distribution,
acknowledgement of good work, flexible scheduling and personnel replacement.
 Met or exceeded all ClearVision goals and other Senior Management initiatives.
 Maintained Tc-99m cost per mCi below 35 cents through 2 generator price increases.
 Received 0 violations through 3 NRC audits and a MBOP audit. Also, received praise from an internal auditor
for having the highest score hes recorded.
 Accomplished the above list while providing coverage for the Triad relief RPh pool on multiple occasions.
