Vores konsulenter matcher mennesker og jobs ved hj脱lp af tre for-
skellige parametre: job fit, boss fit og company fit. For hvert af disse
parametre er der kriterier, som vi tager hensyn til for at lave det bedst
mulige match. Matcher jobkravene og kandidatens faglige kvalifika-
tioner og erfaring? Kan vi se et psykologisk match mellem lederen og
kandidaten? Har han/hun potentiale til at avancere i den p奪g脱ldende
virksomhed? Passer virksomhedskultur og ledelsesstil til kandidatens
karakteristika? Vi kigger dog ogs奪 p奪 mere praktiske aspekter, f.eks.
hvor lang rejsetid kandidaten har.
For at niveaudele disse kriterier har Randstad udviklet det s奪kaldte
job-boss-company fit scorecard. Med dette v脱rkt淡j kortl脱gger vi
kandidaterne i forhold til 21 s脱rlige kriterier og sikrer, at kvaliteten
af matchet forst奪s fuldt ud.
